Spirable, based in London, is a creative performance platform, founded by Cork brothers Gar and Dave O’Meara. Spirable’s SaaS platform allows brands, agencies and rights holders to create, automate and optimize highly personalized content. Since its launch, Spirable has created and distributed over 100m personalised videos in over 50 countries, for some of the world’s largest brands including Johnson & Johnson, Domino’s and Vodafone.

Genius Sports is the official data, technology and commercial partner to over 400 sports organizations globally that powers the global ecosystem connecting sports, betting and media. Genius Sports is a NYSE listed technology company with a market cap in excess of $3.4bn.

This acquisition enables Genius Sports to offer more engaging and targeted advertising solutions to its clients, improving fan engagement and monetization opportunities by combining sports data with advanced, personalized video content.
