Advised the management and shareholders of Robotify on its sale to Imagine Learning in November 2021.

CKS Finance advised the management and shareholders of Robotify on its sale to Imagine Learning.

Robotify is a Dublin start-up that teaches students to code through the use of robots and simulation. It was founded in 2015 by Adam Dalton and Evan Darcy when they were still students themselves and only had €3k of savings to their name. The business grew to partner with Apple co-founder, Steve Wozniack’s, WozEd to bring access to its robotics platform to teach students around the world by providing access to a virtual learning experience.

Imagine Learning is US-based and was founded in 2010. It is an edtech company that creates adaptive digital curriculum and assessment solutions for PreK-12 students. It focuses on personalized learning in language development, literacy, and math, aiming to support diverse learners and improve academic outcomes through data-driven instruction.  It serves more than 10 million students and partners with more than 7,500 school districts across the US.

This deal expands the reach of Robotify, giving them access to Imagine Learning’s 10 million students in the US.
